By using the SeaVesselManager Community Edition, the Licensee grants SeaVesselManager the limited right to publicly reference the Licensee as a user of the software, including use of the company name and logo in marketing materials, customer listings, presentations, and website content.
Licensees who do not wish to grant these rights must obtain a Commercial or Enterprise license.
SeaVesselManager commits to these limitations on all marketing usage:
Community Edition deployments must display a visible “Powered by SeaVesselManager” attribution in the application UI footer. This keeps the software free and supports continued development.
Professional, Enterprise, and Managed Cloud licenses may remove this attribution requirement.

Yes — the Community Edition is always free. After downloading, the system runs for 30 days without a license. After that, simply contact support@seavesselmanager.com to receive your free Community Edition license key and activate the system. The license is free and has no expiry — the Community Edition is a permanent commitment, not a limited trial. Optional paid plans are available if you need professional support, SLA guarantees, or a managed deployment.
Support packages include technical assistance, software updates, bug fixes, security patches, and access to our support team. Higher tiers include faster response times, phone support, dedicated account managers, and SLA guarantees.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your support plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-term, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing cycle.
