Work order management with preventive scheduling
A full planned maintenance system built around work orders. Schedule preventive jobs by calendar or running hours, see what is overdue at a glance, and keep a complete maintenance history for every component.
Time-based and running-hours intervals with automatic work order generation, so planned jobs show up when they are due.
Three ways to see the same work. Jobs are grouped as Overdue, This week and Upcoming, with KPI tiles for overdue, due today and this week on top.
Each job has Details, Parts, Files, Tasks, Safety, Findings, History and Log tabs, with component, SFI code, type, priority, schedule and estimated hours.
Assign a job to a crew member, then start, postpone or complete it. If nobody is assigned, the person who starts the job is assigned automatically.
Track running-hours counters for components and drive hour-based maintenance from them. Counters are also available on mobile.
Dedicated views for postponed work orders and completed history, so deferred maintenance never gets lost.
Work orders sit on top of the equipment register and the spare parts module. Linked parts, files and findings live on the job, and the AIVA assistant can flag jobs blocked by missing spare parts.
Learn how it works in the official documentation. The guides themselves are in English.
This module is the engine behind our planned maintenance system. Read how a marine PMS works, what the ISM Code requires, and why it beats spreadsheets and generic CMMS tools.
