What you can do

✓Run SeaVesselManager on your own servers, in your own cloud or on-premise
✓Use it for your own fleet and internal business purposes, up to the vessel limit of your edition
✓Use every module in every edition
✓Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to remove the vessel limit

What you cannot do

✕Run more vessels than your licence allows (4 in the Community Edition)
✕Offer SeaVesselManager as a hosted or SaaS service to others, or use it to compete with our own services
✕Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute it
✕White-label or rebrand it for clients
✕Remove licence notices or, in the Community Edition, the "Powered by SeaVesselManager" notice

Community Edition attribution

The Community Edition is free in exchange for visibility. You allow SeaVesselManager to refer to your company as a user of the software, including your company name and logo, in marketing materials, customer lists, presentations and website content.

You also display a visible "Powered by SeaVesselManager" notice in the footer of the application. We will not imply that you endorse the product, we will not disclose confidential operational information, and we will only use the reference to promote SeaVesselManager. The reference is removed when you upgrade to a paid plan.

If you do not want to grant these rights, choose a Professional or Enterprise licence.
